After listing the home, within 48 hrs we were under contract! We had 25 showings, and 13 offers and that’s not even including the open house. Shawn was able to swiftly handle all phone calls, and virtual showings! With numerous offers, Shawn was able to clearly help us break down each and chose the perfect offer for us. His experience allowed him to point things out to us that an inspector or appraiser would most likely raise concern about. He guided us on how to create our home ready for inspection and appraisal. Shawn also is very proactive in communicating with all parties of our transaction. He even reached out to the buyer's agent (of course) the buyer's lender, to check if they thought anything could hold us up and the inspector multiple times for us to make sure what needed to be fixed was done correctly. I can’t say that every listing will be like ours but I can say that Shawn truly loves what he does, cares about his clients, and will do everything in his power to make the best thing happen for you!
Shawn was so awesome to work with. He made this stressful experience as enjoyable as possible. I wasn’t even sure I wanted to buy as I was clueless about everything buying a house entails.
